Dylan Evande
Co-Owner/Founder
Dylan Evande is the co-owner/founder of Ultrafooty and a footballer who played professionally for Flower City Union in the National Independent Soccer Association. As a youth, he played for Parsippany SC as well as Ironbound SC, where he captained the club to its 10th National Championship in its history at IMG Academy. At the collegiate level, he began his career at Moravian University where he spent two seasons and in 2017, led the Greyhounds as the program's points leader for goals and assists. He would then go on to transfer to Kean University where he closed out his career competing in the ECAC final and finishing as a runner-up.
At the semi-professional level, he began his journey with NJ Copa in the NPSL and followed that up with stints at Morris Elite, FC Motown & Ocean City Nor'easters. At Ocean City, he captained the club through the first round of the 2023 Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup earning himself a man-of-the-match performance with a goal and an assist vs West Chester United. Ocean City would go on to be eliminated in the second round in a thrilling 123-minute game vs professional side Maryland Bobcats. That same year, the club reached the USL2 Eastern Conference finals losing to the eventual national finalists Lionsbridge FC.
In his pursuit of playing the game at the professional level, he would go on to trial with KF Laçi of the Albanian Kategoria Superiore, NY Cosmos & Pacific FC of the CPL before joining NISA expansion club Flower City Union.
On August 27th, 2022, he scored his first professional goal for Flower City Union in a 2-1 loss versus Albion San Diego SC.
Jordan Saling
Co-Owner
Jordan Saling is the co-owner of Ultrafooty and a Puerto Rican footballer who played for Flower City Union, in the National Independent Soccer Association as well as the Puerto Rico National Football Team. During his youth, Saling played for Parsippany SC, NASA United, and Paramus Catholic High School.
For the 2016/2017 season, Saling played college soccer for the Generals of Hermiker County Community College. He was the team's second-top scorer with twelve goals while adding nine assists as he started all twenty of the team's matches. He was named national player of the week, first team All-Mountain Valley, first team All-Region, and to the NSCAA All-East Team. In 2018, he transferred once again and played for William Paterson Pioneers for the following two seasons. In total he started all thirty-eight matches that he played, tallying twelve goals and three assists.
In 2018 he played for NPSL side FC Monmouth. He was the team's top scorer that season with four goals in nine appearances. Also following the 2018 season he was named to the Keystone Conference Best XI team.
Saling joined National Independent Soccer Association expansion side Flower City Union in November 2021.
Saling made his senior international debut for Puerto Rico on June 2, 2021, in a 2022 FIFA World Cup qualification match against the Bahamas.
FELIPE LUCAS
Head Of Coaching Operations / Personal Development Trainer
Felipe Lucas joined the Ultrafooty staff as a personal development trainer. Having been an original part of the staff and a stable to the company's ascension, Coach Felipe, who understudied Ultrafooty owners Dylan and Jordan, was promoted to head of coaching operations overseeing the development of a handful of clients yearly.
As a youth, Coach Felipe played for premier clubs such as Ironbound SC then moved on to Cedar Stars Academy. While at CSA, he captained the first club team in New Jersey history to a Dallas Cup trophy. This was a worldwide event that brought exposure to high-level clubs/academies. He was also fortunate to captain NJ powerhouse Saint Benedict’s Prep's soccer team where he led them to the school's 11th national title.
Coach Felipe played for two seasons at Kean University at the collegiate level. He garnered awards such as All-NJAC Honorable Mention and ECAC Rookie of the Year while also finishing as the top goal scorer in both years with a tally of 20 goals.
He began his grassroots education in coaching at Bayonne Soccer Club.
Ryan Evande
Business Development Manager/Personal Development Trainer
Ryan Evande joins the Ultrafooty staff as a business development manager and also takes on the role of personal development trainer. He has a wealth of management knowledge, having graduated from New Jersey City University with a Bachelor's in Sports Management. He also previously served as a player development coordinator at Beyond Sports Management in Englewood Cliffs and is well-versed in the youth soccer landscape. His day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring customer relationships, providing assistance to the ownership group, and identifying new business opportunities.
At the collegiate level, Coach Ryan played three seasons at New Jersey City University where he scored 9 goals and 3 assists and tied for second on the team in both goals and points in the 2021 season.
Jordan Perez
Player Development Coach - U23/Developmental Group
Jordan Perez is a U.S. Soccer National D License Coach who specializes in player relations and data analytics for the Ultrafooty-Morris Elite U23 team and the Men's/Women's Developmental Group.
His role assists in client retention, fostering relationships, and player tracking.
Jordan graduated from William Paterson University in 2022 with a Bachelor's in Sports Management and minors in Psychology & Economics.
Jordan is also the assistant coach for the boy's varsity soccer team at Paramus Catholic High School.
Kelvin Brito
Assistant Coach - U23
Kelvin Brito joins the Ultrafooty staff as an assistant coach for the Ultrafooty-Morris Elite U23 team. He focuses on assisting the on/off-field development of players in the program and provides mentorship and guidance pulled from real-life experience.
Kelvin graduated from the Division II program at American International College where he featured as part of the men's soccer program.
Trevon James
Tre joins Ultrafooty as a freelance features writer, covering community stories.
Tre is a strategic communication professional with a Bachelor's in public relations and journalism as well as a Masters in media management.
Tre oversees our storytelling and interview experience with UltraFooty staff and pros. Tre remains committed to the art and passion of storytelling as well as covering all facets of sports. He recognizes the importance of narrative and building a deeper understanding between athletes and fans.
Angelina Nazario
Administrative Assistant
Angelina Nazario joins Ultrafooty as an administrative assistant at Ultrafooty. She helps the team with day-to-day operations including scheduling, company documentation, and facility maintenance. Angelina is integral to helping increase company productivity and relieve the managerial workload.
She attended Kean University, pursuing a Bachelor's in Psychology.
Fanor Arango
Seasonal Personal Development Trainer
Fanor Arango joins the Ultrafooty staff as a personal development trainer.
As a youth, Coach Fanor had experience with academies such as NY Red Bulls and PDA. He completes his youth career alongside Cedar Stars Academy. While at CSA, he won a US Club soccer regional championship and participated in the widely recognized Dallas Cup tournament.
At the collegiate level, Coach Fanor played for Kean University's men's soccer program for 3 seasons as a midfielder.
Coach Fanor went on to play semi-professionally for USL 2 club New Jersey Copa FC, as well as SEFT FC in the NPSL.
